1. Move the folder labeled "skin name" to this location: "C:\windows\resources\themes".
2. Open the folder and you should see 1 or more files.
3. Click on the file named .msstyles and you will be taken to a new page.
4. Then choose your new theme from the list and enjoy!
(It's quiet possible to see more than one "Windows Aero" inserted in the "Color Schemes" menu. DO NOT PANIC!! It means that you theme is already installed)

If you like grey Vista themes then today is going to be a good day for
you. The latest theme using a monochrome design is this wonderful
creation. There's not much color here but that is okay because
everything about this theme screams sleek. I love the icons, the start
orb, the background and the straight lines which come together to
create a masterpiece.
