Help
1. Move the folder labeled "skin name" to this location: "C:\windows\resources\themes".
2. Open the folder and you should see 1 or more files.
3. Click on the file named .msstyles and you will be taken to a new page.
4. Then choose your new theme from the list and enjoy!
(It's quiet possible to see more than one "Windows Aero" inserted in the "Color Schemes" menu. DO NOT PANIC!! It means that you theme is already installed)

I haven't seen a theme with such a beautiful choice of colors for the
taskbar and the navigation bar. The dark aurora shade of color really
looks unique and immediately makes this theme standout. I like the cool
blue background and how it really makes your desktop look like your
looking at aurora borealis. This is one of the best themes of the year
so far.
