Help
1. Move the folder labeled "skin name" to this location: "C:\windows\resources\themes".
2. Open the folder and you should see 1 or more files.
3. Click on the file named .msstyles and you will be taken to a new page.
4. Then choose your new theme from the list and enjoy!
(It's quiet possible to see more than one "Windows Aero" inserted in the "Color Schemes" menu. DO NOT PANIC!! It means that you theme is already installed)

I like the color choice of this great Vista theme. All the shading and
incredible background make this theme look so polished and sharp. I
like the start menu and the start orb. Also the windows look great and
all the colors go so nicely together. This package comes with three
different themes to chose from so you're sure to find something you
like. My favorite is the large button version.
